Admission Process for OLD STUDENTS

1. Fill out the Official Online Form: 

OFFICIAL ONLINE FORM 2024-2025

2. Settle payment via bank deposit/transfer (SHAN account details to be included in the email sent following completion of Online form) OR in person at the accounting office window.

3. Submit the following online to accounting@sacredheartacademy.education OR in person at the registrar/accounting office: 

  1. Attached proof of payment
  2. Chosen payment plan
  3. Child’s full name

4. You will then be contacted confirming proof of payment and your child will then be officially enrolled!

Admission Process for NEW STUDENTS

For new student’s and inquiring parents, please feel free to contact us first through our FB page or contact number found at the bottom of the website for general inquiries, tuition pices/plans, and available slots in the coming school year.

  4. Incoming grade level for the school year
  5. Copy of birth certificate
  6. Certificate of Good Moral Character (From previous school)
  7. Copy of previous report card (From previous school)
  8. ID photo (any size)

4. You will then be contacted confirming proof of payment and your child will then be officially enrolled!
